San Dimas

Discover a mix of Ranch, Spanish, large development lots, and plenty of newer builds.

Welcome to San Dimas

A small city in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County, San Dimas sits in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains. Nature lovers appreciate the 177-acres of green space over 13 parks, 8,000 community trees, and eight miles of equestrian trails. Discover a mix of Ranch, Spanish, large development lots, and plenty of newer builds. City highlights include the restored Victorian Walker House (don’t miss dining inside at LucaBella), now home to the San Dimas Historical Society and Museum, the famed water park Raging Waters, and the annual San Dimas Festival of Arts. The city’s Downtown area, once known for its faux Western facades, got a serious makeover in recent years. Locals enjoy European-inspired fare at Rail Side Café and weekend brunch at Butter Café & Bakery. In 2026, a future extension of the Metro Gold Line will include a station just east of San Dimas Avenue between Bonita Avenue and Arrow Highway.
