Growing up in and around Glendale, Lala developed a deep appreciation early on for L.A.'s distinct history, culture, and architecture. She knows the city intimately and her passion for its different neighborhoods, iconic landmarks and storied architecture is the reason she works with people and properties.
Over the past twenty years, Lala has managed residential, retail and commercial properties in South Pasadena, Glendale, and Downtown L.A., including the iconic Fine Arts Building and the historic firehouse-turned-restaurant, Engine Co. No. 28. She’s also overseen extensive commercial buildouts, mediated building disputes and collaborated with local government to enact zoning changes.
